I have red hair and blue eyes. The rest changes without notice. If you see me online and say hi, I'll likely say hi back. This is just polite manners. So, I was sitting at my piano today playing Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" and scaring the neighbors by unashamedly singing along at the top of my lungs and I thought to myself this would be a whole lot more fun with someone else here to screech along with me. How awesome does this sound? You and me in a Halo death tournament match, loser has to do the dishes after supper. Winner has to serenade the loser on piano/guitar/banjo/bagpipes/whatever for as long as it takes with cheesy 80s hair band songs. Or what about this? We drop off the kids at the sitters so we can go to the symphony to hear Yo Yo Ma performing George Gershwin. We're already running kinda late, but you look just so handsome in your suit and tie that I can't seem to keep my hands off you. We end up missing most of the first half of the performance, but manage to catch Rhapsody in Blue at the tail end, mussed up hair notwithstanding. Or maybe something simpler like this? Movie night, a huge bottle of Dr Pepper, a batch of my homemade nachos, a copy of Zombieland, and my head snuggled up resting on your shoulder.

The man I want will inspire me. Comfort me. Be my rock and my confidante. He will be the man I can't keep my eyes off of when he walks in the room. He and I will laugh together and cry together. We will stand against the world together, and he'll know that I will always ALWAYS be on his side.

One final note, (and I can't believe I actually have to put this here but apparently it is in fact necessary to say) the term "shemale", being a word invented by the porn industry, is generally considered by most transsexual men and women to be a highly offensive pejorative term. Using it to describe me is not only inaccurate, it implies that the person using it views me as some sort of hodge-podge mix between male and female, and also implies that I am in some way connected to the sex industry. I am neither of these things. I am a bright, intelligent woman who is highly respected as an artist and a teacher. I am well-known and generally liked in my community. I also happen to have been born with an irregular birth defect of sorts. Sorry if that bursts anyone's bubble. I just think it's important for you know know who I am... and more importantly perhaps, who I am NOT.I am comfortable with who I am. I have been living full-time in the female social role for 10+ years now. It's not a sex thing for me, it's who I am. If you can't see me in public, I can't see you in private! Lets go hang out at Starbucks, drink some of the foulest coffee in the known universe, and take a chance on some interesting conversation.

One last thing... no short men please. I know. Its horrible of me to say. Its shallow and blah blah blah. You're right. Still. I hate hate hate HATE looking *down* into my man's eyes. And if you happen to be taller than me? Hubba Hubba! Nothing sexier than having to stand on tiptoes to kiss ya!
